Noah's
Ark
This place is BIG! It is probably the largest underground space in UA City! This area could easily hold a thousand people at a time, five thousand if standing shoulder to shoulder. It has been the scene of an occasional underground party.

First you go down a small hole in the ground
The
images below were taken using a Minolta 7000 camera on a tripod, with half
to two second exposure times.
They were scanned in mostly at 100 Dpi.
The panorama shots are manually joined pairs of photos, hence the not quite
matching joints.

Then you see this, and you start to get an idea of the size of the place

Then you get down and look around and think to yourself; "Shit this is BIG!" (scanned at 72dpi)

Then you see the people at the end and realise it is bigger than you thought.

Standing along a side we are dwarfed by the huge pillars

Massive! You could easily fit a thousand people down here with room to spare

Standing in the shadows of light

Taking a rest
on the far side of the huge structure.
The mushroom shaped object on the far right is an outflow pipe.

Contemplating the space

It is about 17 metres from floor to ceiling

And if you thought
that was impressive, take a look at this.
